Over six weeks, you will learn from start to finish of how to make a pottery piece including how to prepare clay, centre clay onto the wheel and throw a pottery piece, trim and finish your piece and finally, glaze your own work with a selection of glazes. You can usually expect to produce six to ten pieces during this course on average, but there is no limit if you create more! Pottery is an excellent way to relax, unwind and get creative! And by the end, you will have learnt essential wheel throwing skills and have the confidence to continue growing this relaxing hobby!
